Hockey Stick Sizing

Our size categories are set by flex, not by age and not by a generic youth chart. The flex you pick decides whether a stick is Junior, Intermediate, or Senior, and the factory builds the weight and length to match. Not sure on flex? Use the flex calculator.

One thing that surprises people: the Junior and Intermediate flex ranges overlap between 40 and 50. A flex in that band can be built as either size, so the size you choose is what decides it, not the number alone.

Senior

150+ lbs body weight

Full-size adults. The stiffest flexes and longest lengths we build.

Intermediate

Teens and smaller-frame adults. Between Junior and Senior in flex and length.

Senior flex begins above 65. Goalie sticks are sized by paddle length rather than flex; start a custom goalie stick for those.
