Every Marvic player and goalie stick comes with a 30-day warranty against manufacturing defects. Fill out the form below and upload photos showing the issue. We'll review your claim and get back to you.
Warranty coverage applies to player and goalie sticks only. Apparel and other items are not covered.
Custom-stick claims carry a $20 return-shipping fee to cover replacement logistics.

We'll work with you to find the best solution for your situation: a direct replacement if we have one on hand, or a custom remake (production lead time applies).

- 2.Enter your order number and, if you have it, the stick's serial number.
- 3.Describe the issue and add a few photos of the stick.
- 4.We review every claim within 2-3 business days and email you the next steps.
