We need three photos so we can review your claim: the break, the whole stick, and the serial number. Straight from your phone is perfect - we shrink each photo in your browser before it uploads, so a big camera photo is no problem (up to 25MB each).

The whole stick *The entire stick in one shot, end to end.

The serial number *The serial code stamped on the shaft.

Standard Coverage

Custom-stick claims carry a $20 return-shipping fee to cover replacement logistics.

Extended Warranty · +$30

60 days · shipping included

Doubles the window and waives the $20 return-shipping fee. Optional at checkout, per stick. You can also add it within 14 days of your purchase (or of delivery for custom orders) from your order tracking page.

In-stock claims

We'll work with you to find the best solution for your situation: a direct replacement if we have one on hand, or a custom remake (production lead time applies).

Warranty coverage applies to player and goalie sticks only. Apparel and other items are not covered.
