Can I order custom hockey sticks for my whole team?
Yes. Your organization sets the team colors, logo, and the options every player can build within, then each player dials in their own fit. One flat per-stick price covers the whole roster, and there are no minimums.
How much do custom team hockey sticks cost?
Team sticks start at $135 per stick, factory-direct, with player customization included in one flat per-stick price. The exact number depends on the size and the options your program picks. Send a team inquiry and we quote it for your roster.
Is there a minimum order for a team?
No. Order a single stick or outfit a full roster. There is no minimum quantity to start a team program.
Can we add our team logo and colors to the sticks?
Yes. Your organization controls the colors and logo, and each stick is built one at a time to your program's spec, so the logo and colors are part of the build itself, not a sticker. Add player names or numbers on the shaft when you want them.
Can every player have a different flex and curve?
Yes. Within your team's set, each player chooses their own length, flex, curve, and kick point so the stick suits them, while the team look stays consistent. Run one identical build for everyone or let each player pick their own fit.
Can our program earn money on team orders?
Often, yes. For teams, schools, and programs we can set up a negotiated commission back to the program on each stick ordered, so outfitting your roster can also raise funds. Tell us about your program in a team inquiry and we work out the details.
How do bulk team orders work and how long do they take?
Send a short inquiry with your colors, logo, and rough roster size. We set up your program and confirm the per-stick price, players lock in their fit, and nothing goes to the factory until your organization signs off on the build. Every stick is then manufactured factory-direct and delivered.
Are team sticks covered by a warranty?
Yes. Every player and goalie stick in your order is pro-grade composite construction and carries the same 30-day warranty against manufacturing defects as the rest of our sticks.
How long does a custom stick take?
Custom builds average 45-60 business days from confirmation to completion. Some finish sooner, some take a little longer. Once your stick is in production at the factory, there is no day-by-day tracking during the build - the order sits at In Production and the next update is when it is complete and ships.
Can I cancel or get a refund on a custom order?
No. Custom sticks are built to your exact specs and go into production once payment clears. A custom order cannot be canceled for a refund once it is placed. If you are unsure about any spec, reach out before you order and we will help you get it right.
