Terms of Service

By browsing the site, creating an account, building a stick, or placing an order, you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or place an order. You must be able to form a binding contract to purchase from us.

All prices are shown in United States dollars (USD). We work to keep product descriptions, specifications, and prices accurate, but errors can occur. We reserve the right to correct any error, inaccuracy, or omission, and to change or update information (including after you have submitted an order) without prior notice. If a product is listed at an incorrect price, we may cancel or decline the affected order and will refund any amount charged.

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline any order, in whole or in part. A charge or order confirmation does not guarantee acceptance until the order moves into fulfillment.

Custom sticks are built to your exact specs and go into production once payment clears. A custom order cannot be canceled for a refund once it is placed.

Custom builds average 45-60 business days from confirmation to completion. Some finish sooner, some take a little longer.

Any production or delivery timeframe we share is a good-faith estimate, not a guarantee. Manufacturing, shipping, customs, and carrier delays are outside our control, and a longer lead time on its own is not a basis for cancellation or a refund of a custom order.

Player and goalie sticks are covered by our stick warranty against manufacturing defects. The full coverage terms, how to file a claim, and the option to extend coverage are on our warranty page. The warranty is the exclusive remedy for a defective stick, and it does not cover normal wear, misuse, or damage from abnormal play.

The site and its content, including the Marvic name, logos, designs, product visualizations, text, and graphics, are owned by Marvic North America LLC or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our written permission.

If you submit artwork, a logo, a name, or other content for a custom build, you represent that you have the right to use it, and you grant us the limited right to reproduce it solely to produce and fulfill your order. We may decline to produce content that appears to infringe a third party’s rights or that we consider unlawful or offensive.

You agree to use the site only for lawful purposes. You will not interfere with or disrupt the site, attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system or account, submit false or fraudulent orders, scrape or harvest data, or use the site in any way that could damage, disable, or impair it or interfere with anyone else’s use.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site and the products are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind except those expressly stated here or in our stick warranty. We disclaim all other warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Marvic North America LLC and its owners, employees, and suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, arising out of or related to your use of the site or a product. Our total liability for any claim relating to a product or order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order. Hockey involves inherent risk of injury; you assume the ordinary risks of the sport, and nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Marvic North America LLC and its owners and employees from any claims, damages, losses, and reasonable expenses arising out of your misuse of the site, your violation of these Terms, or content you submit for a custom build.

These Terms and any dispute arising out of them or your purchase are governed by the laws of the State of New Hampshire, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.

We would rather resolve any concern directly, so please contact us first and give us a chance to make it right. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, you agree that it will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New Hampshire, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts. Nothing here prevents either party from seeking relief in a small-claims court where available.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the effective date above. Your continued use of the site or placement of a new order after an update means you accept the revised Terms. The version in effect when you place an order applies to that order.
