Sticks built and shipped across North America
Every custom Marvic stick is made for the player who orders it, so custom builds are final sale. In-stock sticks are different: they come with our 30-day try-it guarantee. Exchanges are gladly arranged, and every manufacturing defect is covered by our warranty. Here is how each one works.
30-day try-it guarantee (in-stock sticks)
Buy an in-stock stick, play it for 30 days in practice and games, and if it is not the right stick for you, send it back for a full refund - no restocking fees. You just cover return shipping.
The guarantee covers in-stock sticks shipped within the United States. Custom builds are not included (they are made to your specs), and we cannot cover international orders where customs applies. To start a return, send us a message or call 978-627-4259 with your order number, and we will send you the return address and refund you once it arrives.
Returns
Custom sticks are built to your specs and made to order, so they are final sale. In-stock sticks are covered by the try-it guarantee above.
The best way to get a stick you love is to get the specs right first. Unsure about flex, length, or curve? Ask us before you order and we will help you dial it in.
Custom orders cannot be canceled for a refund
Custom sticks are built to your exact specs and go into production once payment clears. A custom order cannot be canceled for a refund once it is placed.
Please review your build sheet carefully before you place a custom order. Once it is placed and payment clears, it moves into production to your exact specifications and is final sale. If you catch a genuine error the moment after ordering, contact us right away and we will do what we can before the build is committed to production.
Exchanges
We do accept exchanges. If your stick is unused and in its original condition and you want a different flex, length, curve, or model, we will arrange it with you directly, one on one, so we land on the right stick.

Manufacturing defects
Defects are a different matter, and we make those right. Every player and goalie stick is covered by our 30-day warranty. If a stick arrives damaged or fails within that window under normal play, submit a claim with a few photos and we review it within 2-3 business days, then email you the next steps.
