Privacy Policy

When you build a stick, place an order, file a warranty claim, or contact us, we collect the details you give us — your name, email, shipping and billing address, phone number, the customization details of your order, and any messages you send.

Payments are processed by our payment providers, Stripe and PayPal. Your full card number is handled directly by them and is never stored on our servers — we only retain a record of the transaction (amount, status, and the provider’s reference) needed to fulfill and support your order.

To understand how the site is used and to improve it, we keep first-party analytics about your visit: the pages you view, the site or social network you arrived from (for example Instagram or Facebook), your device type, your approximate country (derived from your network, not stored as a precise location), and the items in your cart. This analytics is first-party only — we do not use third-party advertising trackers, and we do not store your raw IP address.

We use your browser’s local storage to remember your shopping cart and to hold a random, anonymous analytics session identifier. If you create an account and sign in, your cart is also saved to your account so it follows you across devices. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

• Send transactional emails (order confirmations, status and shipping updates) and, if you leave items in your cart, an occasional reminder.
• Understand and improve how the site performs.

We honor your browser’s “Do Not Track” setting. If it is enabled, our usage-analytics beacon does not run.

We share information only with the service providers that help us operate: Stripe and PayPal (payments), Resend (transactional email), and Vercel (hosting and aggregate site performance). We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone.

Order records are kept for as long as we need them for business and tax purposes. Abandoned-cart and usage-analytics records are pruned on a rolling basis. Personal details such as your name, email, and address are encrypted at rest, and access is limited to authorized staff.

• Clear your browser’s site data to remove your saved cart and the anonymous session identifier.
• Email us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information.
