Privacy Policy

When you build a stick, place an order, file a warranty claim, or contact us, we collect the details you give us - your name, email, shipping and billing address, phone number, the customization details of your order, and any messages you send.

Payments are processed by our payment providers, Stripe and PayPal. Your full card number is handled directly by them and is never stored on our servers - we only retain a record of the transaction (amount, status, and the provider’s reference) needed to fulfill and support your order.

To understand how the site is used and to improve it, we keep first-party analytics about your visit: the pages you view, the site or social network you arrived from (for example Instagram or Facebook), your device type, your approximate country (derived from your network, not stored as a precise location), and the items in your cart. This first-party analytics is anonymous and does not store your raw IP address.

If you accept cookies on our banner, we also load Google Analytics (site traffic and usage measurement) and Google AdSense (advertising). These are Google services that set their own cookies and may use them to measure and personalize ads. They do notload, and set no cookies, unless you accept - and you can change your mind at any time from Cookie settings (see “Your choices” below).

Essential storage always works, because the site cannot function without it: your shopping cart, your sign-in session, a security (CSRF) token on forms, and the record of your cookie choice itself. If you sign in, your cart is also saved to your account so it follows you across devices.

Non-essential cookies - the Google Analytics and Google AdSense cookies described above - are set only after you accept on our cookie banner. Decline, or simply ignore the banner, and none of them are set.

• Process, fulfill, and ship your orders.
• Provide customer support and handle warranty claims.
• Send transactional emails (order confirmations, status and shipping updates) and, if you leave items in your cart, an occasional reminder.
• Understand and improve how the site performs.

We honor your browser’s “Do Not Track” setting for our first-party analytics beacon: if it is enabled, that beacon does not run. Google Analytics and Google AdSense are governed separately by your cookie choice on our banner.

We share information only with the service providers that help us operate the business:

• Stripe and PayPal - process payments.
• Shippo - creates shipping labels and tracking for your order.
• Resend - sends our transactional email (order, status, and shipping updates).
• Vercel - hosts the site and provides cookieless, aggregate performance analytics.
• Google - Google Analytics (usage measurement) and Google AdSense (advertising), only if you accept cookies.

We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone.

Order records are kept for as long as we need them for business and tax purposes. Abandoned-cart and usage-analytics records are pruned on a rolling basis. Personal details such as your name, email, and address are encrypted at rest, and access is limited to authorized staff.

• Opt in or out of analytics and advertising cookies at any time from Cookie settings. Declining stops Google Analytics and Google AdSense from loading.
• Enable “Do Not Track” in your browser to opt out of our first-party analytics beacon.
• Clear your browser’s site data to remove your saved cart, your cookie choice, and the anonymous session identifier.
• Email or call us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you.
